DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Tillman & Associates Engineering LLC., on behalf of property owners, Prosperity US 27 LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 39.36-acre parcel west of Juniper Rd. from an expired Planned Unit Development (PUD) that was formerly General Agriculture (A-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) “Juniper Loop” for a maximum of 151 single-family dwelling units, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.31. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ).
