DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Main Extension Connection Agreement 21-SA-37-S requires the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their lot. The designed main extension to serve the Owner’s lot also creates a benefit for three (3) additional parcels along the route of the water main extension. Marion County Utilities (MCU) is cost sharing the work due to a hydraulic benefit to connect the water main at Southwest 31st Avenue Road.
