DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Hills of Ocala Recreation has experienced an unusually high number of emergency calls related to fallen tree limbs, and repairs are also needed for the onsite wastewater treatment system. With the likelihood of heavy storms ahead and numerous events scheduled at the facility, we are requesting additional funds to be allocated to Repairs/Maintenance - Buildings and Grounds to ensure readiness and maintain safe operations. Funds have been identified in Capital Improvement Funding to support this allocation, and this request represents a one-time change rather than a recurring need.
