Sheik Rahaman and Bibi Shimoon Rahaman filed a small-scale land use amendment with the intention to convert a ±4.47-acre parcel from the current High Residential (HR) future land use designation, which allows four-to-eight dwelling units per acre, to the Medium Residential (MR) future land use designation, which allows for one-to-four dwelling units per acre.
