DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Owen Gehrsitz recognized a need to improve the organization of the Forest High School football equipment room. His project involved designing and constructing new shelving to store equipment, repairing the locking doors on existing shelves, and repainting a portion of the locker room that required attention. His initiative was greatly appreciated by Coach John Brantley and, upon completion, earned him the rank of Eagle Scout.
