DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

220307Z - PC200-1 LLC , PC200-2 LLC, and PC200-3 LLC,  Todd Rudnianyn, 2441 NE 3rd Street, Ocala, FL 34470, requests a Zoning Change, Articles 2 and 4, of the Marion County Land Development Code, from B-4 (Regional Business) to PUD (Planned Unit Development), for a proposed townhome and apartment community with a total of 354 units (“Palm Cay Townhomes & Apartments”), on an approximate 37.38 Acre Tract, on Parcel Numbers 35770-055020, 35770-055-15, 35770-055-20 and 35700-055-21.
