DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The East Lake - Woodmar Road Improvement Project has been completed and constructed according to plan. In accordance with the contract, this project is under a warranty period of one (1) year. This improvement area has been maintained by the Office of the County Engineer and will continue to be maintained after the warranty period has ended.

Motion to accept construction of East Lake - Woodmar Improvement Area and authorize Chairman to execute letter advising the contractor of the one (1) year warranty period.
