DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request to consider approval of a Resolution by Petitioner Kathleen O. Dudley to close and abandon a portion of High Street (SE 141st Terrace) and Rapello Avenue in subdivision Goodwins Additions Stanton located in Section 21 Township 17 Range 24 to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public. The Development Review Committee considered this request on June 23, 2025, and it was the committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.

Recommended action

Motion to adopt the Resolution to close and abandon a portion of High Street (SE 141st Terrace) and Rapello Avenue located in subdivision Goodwins Addition Stanton located in Section 21 Township 17 Range 24 and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the same.
