DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Belleview Sportsplex Phase 1 (PRC202005) is being presented for formal project closeout. On October 21, 2025 (Agenda Item 5.1.15), the Board approved transferring the project’s entire $200,000 budget to the higher-priority Belleview Sportsplex Lighting Project (PRC202502). As a result, no expenditure was incurred under PRC202005, with no remaining project funds and no further anticipated project activity. The complete Project Close Out Meeting Request Form is attached for the Board’s review.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
None. The project budget was preciously transferred by Board approval on October 21, 2025 (Agenda Item 5.1.15) to the Belleview Sportsplex Lighting Project (PRC202502). There are no remaining project funds to transfer or reappropriate.
