DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On August 21, 2024, two Code Enforcement Board liens were recorded against Ocala Freedom Investments, LLC for multiple code violations on two adjacent parcels at 3612 and 3636 SE 138th St, Summerfield. The parcel numbers are 4202-010-001 and 4202-010-004. After removing the violations, Luis Moises requested a rescission of the liens on behalf of the owner. The Code Enforcement Board (CEB) heard the request on October 30, 2024, and recommended the Board of County Commissioners reduce or rescind the liens based on the testimony presented at the code board hearing. Ocala Freedom Investments LLC owns 48 properties in Marion County.
