DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Fleet Management, Procurement advertised a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to contract with qualified vendors to provide automotive and truck body repair on an as-needed basis. One (1) submittal was received, reviewed, and evaluated by the Selection Committee consisting of Jared Peltz, Clint Foley, and Charles Ryan, with the vendor being recommended for the contract. Fleet Management Director, Mark Williams, supports the Selection Committee’s recommendation.
Attached for review is a contract draft; pending approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Michael Lessard, Inc for signature and upon return, will be forwarded for the County Attorney’s, Clerk’s, and Chairman’s signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; annual expenditure, based on unit costs, is estimated at $40,000 and may vary depending on actual service and repair.

Motion to approve the recommendation and allow staff to issue contract, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the contract with Michael Lessard, Inc d/b/a Perfection Collision Carstar under 22Q-120.
