DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is requesting approval to pursue the purchase of the property located at 3002 NW 10th Street adjacent to Sheriff’s Operations. The property would provide Emergency Management with a dedicated warehouse facility, improve operational efficiency, and create additional storage capacity for both Emergency Management and Sheriff’s Facilities operations. Funding for the acquisition and potential improvements is available within the Sheriff’s FY 2025-26 vehicle sales tax budget.
