DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Right of Way (ROW) funding is needed in the SE Hwy 42 Resurfacing project (from S Hwy 475 to S US Hwy 301) to allow for title search and appraisals for properties that may be acquired in order to allow for the addition of a turn lane.
