DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Request transfer from Wages and Salaries to Contractual Services. The purpose of this cost center is to support the county in administering the Continuum of Care (COC) Program. Consulting services are an eligible activity under the approved Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) planning grant and these consulting costs were explicitly approved as part of the county’s HUD COC application and grant agreement. This grant must be spent by September 30, 2026.
