Austin T. Dailey, Esq. with Klein & Klein, LLC., on behalf of property owner, Meridian Land Holdings, LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 19.20-acre portion of a 34.31-acre property at the intersection of NW Highway 464B and N US Highway 27, from General Agriculture (A-1) and Community Business to Rural Activity Center (RAC), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.24. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ), as well as the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA).
