DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a purchase agreement in the amount of $5,300 plus closing costs for a portion of parcel 13561-001-02 associated with the NW 49th Street Phase 3 Road Improvement Project (from NW Hwy 225A to NW 44th Avenue). This is a .020 acre temporary construction easement taking of a parcel approximately 13.07 acres in size.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all costs associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $5,300 plus closing costs (Fund STC073811- CIPTRANSP-NEWINF ROW- 738- VJ38541-561301).
