DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

On December 11, 2021, the Board approved the Administrative Strategic Plan Empowering Marion for Success II for 2022-26. This plan continues to be the road map for operations over the next four (4) years with a focus on delivering at the highest possible level. Key elements were identified and presented as areas of emphasis and actions to consider. These elements include: Organizational Experience, Resource and Facilities, Planning and Future Growth, Public Infrastructure, and Public Safety. The implementation of each element in this plan is essential in achieving Marion County’s vision for success, financial stability, and an exceptional quality of life for our citizens and visitors.
