DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $130,436 plus closing costs for parcel 3578-026-002 associated with the SW 49th Avenue North (Marion Oaks Trail to SW 95th Street) Road Improvement Project. This is an unimproved lot consisting of .46 acres.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
