DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On March 21, 2023, the Board approved a contract with Alfred Benesch & Company to update the existing methodology used to determine the transportation impact fees and create a schedule of fees to be implemented by the County.
This Contract Amendment will add a Scope of Services to calculate the impact fees for the automated car wash land use. The work will include reviewing trip generation studies completed by the County, calculating impact fees, hosting meetings, and providing a summary memorandum documenting the results of this analysis.
Attached for review is a draft of the contract. Following approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Alfred Benesch & Company for signature, and once returned, will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.

Neutral; expenditure total amount is $15,919. Funds are from the following accounts:

Recommended action
Motion to approve the recommendation and allow staff to issue the amendment, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the contract with Alfred Benesch & Company under 23Q-041.
