DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Resolution by Petitioner, Orlene G. Maze, to vacate a portion of Lot 8, Block B, (Parcel 3967-002-008) in the Plat of Pine Oaks Estates, as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 76. The Petitioner is vacating this portion of their parcel to remove the eight (8) foot utility easement requirement, per the plat, from their property.
The Development Review Committee (DRC) considered this request on October 6, 2025, and it was the Committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.

Recommended action
Motion to adopt a Resolution to vacate a portion of Lot 8, Block B, in the Plat of Pine Oaks Estates, as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 76 and to authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the same.
