DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Christine Riley on behalf of property owners 2020 Sunshine Holdings, LLC, and Christine Riley, has applied to rezone an 18.73-acre property at the intersection of N US HWY 441 and NW 185th Street, from Community Business (B-2) and Mixed Residential (R-4) to General Agriculture (A-1), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.3. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ), as well as the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA).
