DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Release of Easement and supporting Resolution concerning County Interests on parcels that have been acquired by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the Interstate 75(I-75)/NW 49th Street Interchange Project. This release impacts FDOT parcel 105.05 (PID #13689-000-00) to which the County has easement interests on currently.
