DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Applicant, Dinkins Construction, on behalf of property owner, YPSG Inc., has filed an application to rezone a 0.33-acre property on the south side of E Hwy 25, from Regional Business (B-4) to Community Business (B-2), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.18. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ) and Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ).
