DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Funding is needed to cover a purchase agreement for property for the S Magnolia Avenue at SE 80th Street intersection project. The agreement was approved during the board meeting on January 20, 2026.  The transfer from NW 80th/70th Ave Seg 3 is $1,015,000.
