The Board of County Commissioners approved Division 8 - Landscaping on May 18, 2026. During the Public Hearing on July 8, 2026, the Board directed staff to work with the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) and the development community to review the approved ordinance, focusing on items that may be more burdensome to the development community.
