DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

W. James Gooding, III, Esq., on behalf of 140 MC, LLC., has submitted a proposed Developer’s Agreement related to Rezoning Case Number 20240505ZC, Hidden Little Lake Weir, LLC., for Parcel Number 45509-000-00. On May 21, 2024, the Board approved a rezoning to Manufactured Home Park (P-MH) for the reference property, subject to the submission of a developer’s agreement to identify conditions related to the development of the proposed manufactured home park.

Consideration of the Agreement must take place in a series of two public hearings. The Board’s first consideration for the Agreement is scheduled for October 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. as part of the Board’s regularly scheduled Development Review Committee and Planning and Zoning Items portion of the regular Agenda.

Staff recommends setting the second public hearing for final approval consideration on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to be held at the Marion County McPherson Governmental Campus in the County Commission Auditorium at 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34471.
