DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement with Hood Properties LLC for the acquisition of parcel 1558-002-014, which is needed for the NE 35th Street Phase 2 road project (from 200A to NE 25th Avenue). The agreement provides for the acquisition of an improved parcel, approximately 0.26 acres in size, in fee simple for a purchase price of $150,000 plus closing cost.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that could occur during condemnation proceedings.

Neutral; expenditure of $150,000 plus closing cost from GA771541-561301 TIP70100A-TIP ROADS-EXPANS ROW-771.
