DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $346,702.50 plus closing costs for Parcel 3578-001-005 associated with the SW 49th Avenue North (Marion Oaks Trail to SW 95th Street) Road Improvement Project. This is an improved lot of approximately .46 acres. The 1,782 square foot single family residence, constructed in 2000, consists of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and a 394 square foot two (2) car garage.

Neutral; Expenditure of $346,702.50 plus closing costs (Fund STC073814- CIP TRANS EXPANS ROW- 738 VJ738541-561301)
