DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the attached proposed language to the Land Development Code (LDC) Article 6, Division 8 Landscaping. The proposed LDC amendments were reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) in a public hearing held on August 26, 2026. Following their review, the BCC motioned to move this item forward to the second and final BCC public hearing for consideration.
