DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Solid Waste Department is requesting a public hearing to consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 16 of the Marion County Code related to the Solid Waste residential assessment. This ordinance will amend the existing methodology for determining annual rate increases and rate cap.
The following date is being requested for the public hearing:
Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the McPherson Government Campus Auditorium.
