DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On October 17, 2024, a Code Enforcement Board lien was recorded against Robert Leroy Youmans Sr. for three (3) building permit violations, on the property at 3080 NE 135th Street, Anthony. The violations were cleared 112 days after the fines were imposed.
Mr. Youmans recently requested a rescission of the lien, and the Code Enforcement Board heard the request on September 9, 2026. Based on the testimony presented, the Code Enforcement Board made a recommendation that the Board “consider reducing or rescinding the lien”. The Building Safety Department recovered their case (hard) costs through the permit fees paid by Mr. Youmans. Mr. Youmans does not own any other property in Marion County.
