DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Sumter County, Florida, and Marion County, Florida, entered into an agreement for Court Technology Personnel Services on September 27, 2016, for Marion County project #16C-200. This third amendment is solely to renew the agreement for an additional two (2) years, valid through September 27, 2027. Sumter County will reimburse Marion County for these services upon receipt of invoices submitted to the Court’s Contract Manager.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure and revenue of $82,107.79 in adopted FY 2025-26 budget.
