DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of the Office of the County Engineer (OCE), Procurement Services requests Board ratification for thirty-five appraisals associated with the SW 80th Avenue Segment 1B road project completed on an expedited time frame.
The services included the preparation of thirty-five appraisals for parcels located along the east and west sides of SW 80th Avenue, to just north of West Port High School.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $93,500. Funding is from VJ738541-561301-STC073815 (Infrastructure Tax Transport).
