DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) intends to enter into an agreement with Rock the Country 2026 (RTC) for services during their concert which will be held on August 28, 2026, and August 29, 2026. MCFR will maintain Advanced Life Support (ALS) and fire suppression services for the entirety of the event lasting approximately 15 hours per day. There will be 44 personnel assigned to various duties for the duration of the concert both days with a smaller element providing 24-hour ALS coverage on August 28, 2026, and August 29, 2026.
