DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This budget adjustment is necessary to close out the completed SELP Arena Sound Upgrade Project (LPC202304) and return the remaining available project funds to the General Fund balance. The project was completed on July 17, 2026, and all project costs have been paid. The remaining funds are no longer needed for the completed project and can be returned to the General Fund for future County priorities. This is an administrative action to formally close the project and reallocate the unused project balance.
