DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Requesting back State Criminal Alien Assistance Program grant fund, Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Hazard Analysis, FY 2025-26 Emergency Management Performance Grant, and FY 2025-26 High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas grant funds. The Board will be reimbursed for the associated expenditures as grant funds are received.

 

BUDGET/IMPACT:

Increase General Fund appropriation by $200,892, and Municipal Services Taxing Unit for Law Enforcement appropriation by $79,951.
