Title: DeHaven – Waiver Request to Major Site Plan Parcel #: 07357-002-00 #WaiverSTA-001558-2026 Radcliffe Engineering LDC 2.21.1.A(1) - Major Site Plan CODE states Collectively, all existing and proposed impervious ground coverage equals or exceeds 35 percent of the gross site area or 9,000 square feet. APPLICANT - DeHaven Enterprises requests a waiver to a Major Site Plan to proceed as a Minor Site Plan with the special condition that we provide stormwater control for the additional runoff generated by the impervious area exceeding the 9,000 SF threshold, based on the 100-year/24-hour storm event. The proposed project exceeds the threshold by approximately 1,008 SF, for a total of 10,008 SF. Additionally, we would provide one-for-one compensating storage for the volume of fill placed within the flood-prone area. The other two thresholds for determining a Major Site Plan aren’t crossed.
