DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Due to extended use of contracted employees, expenses in Contract Services have exceeded Procurement's budget for this line. To cover expenses for the remainder of this fiscal year, funds are being transferred from Regular Salaries and Wages. Funds are available in this line due to open positions that have not been filled. This is a one- time occurrence for this fiscal year.
