DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $30,000 plus closing cost for parcel 9008-0026-12 associated with the Silver Springs Shores Septic to Sewer Utility Project. This is an unimproved residential lot consisting of approximately 0.37 acres. Acquiring this parcel will allow Marion County Utilities to install and maintain a Lift Station that will benefit the nearby area.

Neutral; expenditure of $30,000 plus closing cost (General Sewer Fund - UTC000059 - ZF448536 - 563102)
