DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Per the Office of the County Engineer, the following Infrastructure Surtax Projects have been identified: STC073828 - SW 85th Street/35th Avenue Resurfacing; STC073839 - NE 219th/226th Avenue Road Resurfacing; STC073840 - NW 87th Avenue Road/NW 210th Street Resurfacing; STC073842 - NW 222nd Terrace/20th Street/225th Avenue Resurfacing; STC073845 - SE 122nd Place Resurfacing; and STC073848 - SE 129th Court/120th Street Resurfacing.
These projects were adopted as part of the FY 2025-26 through FY 2029-30 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), with funding programmed in the outyears and no appropriations in the current fiscal year. They are being incorporated into the Office of the County Engineer’s chip seal roads contract; therefore, separate rehabilitation projects will no longer be required. As a result, these projects will be closed within the Capital Improvement Program.
