DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This Special Use Permit (SUP) for a food truck park in Community Business (B-2) was approved on November 19, 2024. The applicant has been found in violation of the SUP by the Code Enforcement Board, and planning staff is recommending the SUP for revocation. The conditions of the approved SUP have not been followed. No site plans or permits have been applied for.
