DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The transfer is to cover the cost of adding scope to Giddens Security to handle the bank drop previously being done by a different vendor in the Clerk's budget. Moving the cost to the County's contract will roughly cut the monthly cost in half saving taxpayers about $750/month.
