DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $750,000 plus closing costs for parcel 44832-001-00 associated with the Marion Oaks Manor Extension Road Improvement Project (SW 49th Avenue to CR 475), as well as an Addendum for extended occupancy. This is an improved parcel approximately 3.00 acres in size.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $750,000 plus closing costs (TIP077586- TIP ROADS- EPANS ROW-762T-BO762541-561301).
