DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond associated with Stone Creek by Del Webb Saratoga Phase 2 and 3 (Phase 2). The improvements were inspected on February 22, 2024 and a Certification of Satisfactory Completion letter was sent to the Developer. The release will be recorded in the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
