DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Court Administration has been awarded grant 15PBJA-24-GG-03923-DGCT and a budget amendment is needed to establish the year one (1) budget. The grant provides funding for drug screens and treatment, as well as training for staff and evaluators. The award is cost reimbursement and funded for four (4) years.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $248,620.
