DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On November 3, 2023, a Code Enforcement Board lien was recorded against BV INVESTMENT GROUP LLC for the unpermitted accessory storage container on the 0.99-acre parcel at 21984 SW Papaya Ln, Dunnellon. The violation was eventually removed and Jean Bonaney requested a rescission of the lien. The Code Enforcement Board heard the request on October 30, 2024 and recommend the Board of County of County Commissioners reduce or rescind the lien based on the testimony presented. Jean Bonaney and BV Investment Group LLC own ten properties in Marion County.
