DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At the June 16, 2026 board meeting, the Board received and update on ARPA spending. Some of the programs that received funding will not utilize all of the funding. Since all ARPA funds need to be expended by December 31, 2026, these funds need to be transferred to a project to extend water lines within the Silver Springs Shores phase 2 project.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase American Plan Local Fiscal Recovery Fund appropriation by $280,434.

Recommended action
Approve attached Budget Amendment Resolution and amend the CIP.
