DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request to establish a Public Hearing Date in accordance with Section 125.379 F.S. providing that the governing body must review the inventory list of County owned Real Property held in Fee Simple, appropriate for use as Affordable Housing at a Public Hearing. The list may be revised during the Public Hearing and will be modified upon the conclusion of the Public Hearing. The final inventory list is then established by resolution.
