DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer $1,000,000 from Surtax Reserves to the Fire Station 9 Orange Lake Project (FRC000022), which is included in the proposed FY 2026-27 budget. These funds will be used to expedite project activities, including design, engineering, and land acquisition. This is a non-recurring transfer intended to advance the project schedule. To maintain the approved total project budget of $7,622,000, the FY 2026-27 project funding allocation will be reduced by $1,000,000 during the July Budget Workshops.
