DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Main Extension Connection Agreement 20-SA-40-O requires the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their lot. The extension constructed to serve the Owner’s parcel will also create a benefit for eight (8) additional parcels along the route of the water line extension.
